Privacy Rights Request
For the rights described in our Privacy Policy — United States (CCPA/CPRA) or India (DPDP Act), whichever applies to you. Pick your market in the form below.
United States — "Do Not Sell or Share" and "Limit Sensitive PI"
"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Visit and presence data a Client venue collects — and that a guest permits a venue to see via a shared Presora score — also contributes to Presora, our own separate scoring product. That disclosure may be a "sale" or "share" under California's broad definition, which turns on any exchange of value, not only money. This request tells us to stop treating your data that way. modenX does not sell personal information for money.
"Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information." We collect one category of sensitive personal information — precise geolocation, gathered via BLE/Wi-Fi presence sensing at a venue and via the Presora app's location permission — and use it to derive an inference: your Presora score. This request tells us to limit that use to what the CCPA permits without a right to limit: providing the service you asked for, security, and fraud prevention.
You also have the right to know/access, delete, correct, and get a portable copy of your information, and to withdraw consent. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will tell you why in writing and how to appeal — an appeal is reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision, and if it's denied again we'll give you a way to contact your state attorney general.
Global Privacy Control (US only)
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we detect it automatically on every page of this site and apply the sale/share opt-out for that browser or device without you needing to fill in anything below. Open your browser console on any modenX page to see the confirmation logged, or fill in the form below anyway if you'd like written confirmation or want to also limit sensitive personal information use.
India — access, correction, erasure, and nomination
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act you can access a summary of your data, correct or update it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your death or incapacity — pick "Nomination" below and give us their details.
If you are a business customer, not a visitor
This site has no sign-in — it can't attach a request to an account. If you administer a modenX account and want this applied there as well, sign in and use your account's privacy settings, or email [email protected] from your account's registered address and we'll apply it there directly.
If you visited a store or mall, not modenX directly
Contact that business — they decide how your data is used and modenX acts only on their instructions. Write to us and we'll help identify the right business where we can.
You can also reach us directly at [email protected] — a real, monitored inbox, not just an address printed here. United States: we acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 with notice. India: we respond within 30 days. See the full Privacy Policy for verification, appeals, and authorised-agent details.
