This policy outlines the terms related to subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for modenX. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described herein.

1. Subscription Fees

modenX offers its services on a monthly/annual subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where expressly provided under this policy.

You agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes in accordance with your selected plan.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment through credit/debit cards and other modes supported by our authorised payment gateway. By confirming your payment method, you authorise us to charge all fees due for the selected subscription plan.

To verify your payment method, a nominal amount may be temporarily charged, which will be adjusted in your next billing cycle.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. The applicable subscription fee for the next cycle will be charged to your selected payment method on the renewal date.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your modenX account dashboard under “Account Profile > Subscription Payment Details”.

If you face difficulties, please contact our support team at – [email protected]. We aim to respond within 12–24 hours to assist with cancellations.

  • Upon cancellation, no further charges will apply.
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
  • To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the billing date. Requests made on or after the due date will apply to the following cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Verified service unavailability or persistent technical issues;
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors;
  • Other exceptional cases, as determined at modenX’s discretion.

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
  • For subscription-based services, a prorated refund may be applied based on the unused period.

modenX is not liable for delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors. For assistance, please email – [email protected]; our team will respond within 12–24 hours.

Refunds will not be issued for partial usage or dissatisfaction unless directly resulting from a service-related fault.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, or have questions regarding any charges, please contact our support team at – [email protected]. We will address your concerns within 12–24 hours.

7. Subscription Fee Changes

We may revise subscription fees or introduce new charges from time to time. Any such changes will take effect in your next billing cycle with prior notice. Existing subscriptions will not be retroactively impacted.

8. Data Privacy & Account Termination

Upon cancellation:

  • Your account data will be retained for 90 Days from the date of cancellation.
  • During this period, you may request a data export via – [email protected].
  • After 90 Days, all personal and usage data will be permanently deleted, unless required to be retained by law.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to a modenX service and providing your payment details, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.
