modenX reserves the right to revise subscription fees or introduce new charges, with reasonable notice provided in advance of the next billing cycle.

Cancellations & Refunds

Limitation of Liability

modenX shall not be liable for:

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Unlawful conduct;
• Extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and all associated data may be deleted as per our data retention policy.
